How are globally competent
They are aware, curious, and seek to learn how the world works. They can apply multi-disciplinary knowledge to understand the pressing issues of our time, and they search for solutions. They recognize and seek other perspectives, and look to grow as part of a global society.
Why go global?
Check out the "Why 21st Century Learning" youtube video on the right! There is no more time to waste in preparing students to live and work in a multicultural and globally connected environment. As we move through the 21st century, we are and will continue to see the opportunity to solve world-wide problems creatively and with cultural competency, applying knowledge across many disciplines. Global education will teach students to be active participants in our complex, diverse, ever-changing and interconnected society.
